Based in the Yorkshire Arts office and the Southern. Salaries: Yorkshire £23,235-£28,827, Southern and South East £25,035-£30,297 pro rata pa plus package of benefits You will take lead responsibility for cultural diversity,developing strategic priorities and implementing strategies to increase opportunities for cultural diversity in the arts. You will manage relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations and partners and you will contribute to a range of strategic initiatives. You will have a good understanding of the importance of diversity and disability issues as they relate to the arts and specialist expertise in at least one relevant area. You will have experience in a relevant field and of managing diverse work programmes.
