Based in the Southern and South East Arts office. You will take lead responsibility for social inclusion contributing to the development of regional policy and strategic planning. You will manage relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations and partnerships and implement strategies to develop social inclusion within the arts in the region. You will have specialist knowledge of social inclusion issues, basic knowledge of a broad range of arts activity and experience of working in a relevant area. You will be able to manage budgets, deal with a wide programme of work and have excellent communication skills.
