Based in the Southern and South East Arts office. As a member of the senior management team,you will play a lead role in the management and direction of Southern and South East Arts and in the development, implementation and advocacy of regional and national policy and strategy, particularly in relation to Finance and Operations. You will have knowledge of the arts and of arts development issues both regionally and nationally, and detailed knowledge of good practice in Finance, HR, IT and Premises. You will be an experienced manager of people with a successful track record in Finance and Operations at a senior level, including management of investment programmes,corporate planning,business planning and monitoring. You will have highly developed communication and negotiation skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
