You will be a key member of the Executive Team responsible for overall management of the Sydney Opera House. Leading the Performing Arts Portfolio you will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding and diverse performing arts programs for new and existing audiences in a mixed not-for-profit and commercial environment. Selection Criteria: *Outstanding leadership skills and substantial executivelevel management skills, *Including extensive people and relationship management experience *Extensive experience in the performing arts industry at national and international levels *A track record in leading the development and implementation of arts and events programs *Knowledge of and ability to interpret government policies, direction and objectives relating to the arts.
