Ref: 284 You will be a key member of the Executive Team responsible for overall management of the Sydney Opera House. Leading the People & Culture Portfolio you will be responsible for developing and directing all strategies relating to organisation development and learning and the Sydney Opera House's people strategy including identifying organisation development implications of actual and planned business strategy, leading the development and implementation of changes at all levels of the organisation and the delivery of core human resources services.
