Lead Regional Arts for Victoria Senior Exec · CEO Role · Passion and Vision for the Arts · Package Circa $100K Regional Arts Victoria is the peak arts organisation for regional Victoria and one of the State Government's twelve major cultural organisations. RAV is a community based organization and is a leader in regional arts development. As CEO you will be responsible for the leadership, ongoing development and management of the organisation. Reporting to the Board you will provide strategic advice to a range of influential stakeholders. With a key role in cultural and artistic programming you will facilitate regional community growth. The CEO is the principal contact for Government, affiliate groups, cultural institutions, funding bodies and major sponsors. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for arts and regional communities. Your management experience with finance, people and stakeholders will be used on a daily basis. A strong working knowledge of Government particularly in arts and regional development would be highly regarded. Applications close 11th February 2004.
