The successful applicant will be an experienced and successful general and financial manager, have strategic and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to secure funding, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines, and an understanding of the challenges around achieving success in the arts and disability sector.
