The Australia Council for the Arts is seeking an experienced, driven, articulate and committed individual to lead the Council's Literature team.
The incumbent will be expected to meet the following challenges:
Provide innovative and creative leadership on issues affecting the Literature sector in Australia
Drive strategic directions for Literature within Council through working collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders
Contribute dynamically to Council's leadership team
Lead and develop the team to achieve outstanding results
