The Department of Culture and Youth in the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture is in preparations for the Orange – Botswerere Botswana Artists Awards to be held on the 23 November 2007 at Gaborone, Botswana, International Conference Centre.
The main purpose of the Awards is to recognise and promote the artistic talent of Botswana and through this recognition to bring them to public attention and appreciation. The Awards will present six categories as follows:
- Dance
- Drama
- Music
- Visual Arts
- Film and Video
- Writing
- Photography
