EDUCULT publishes an international newsletter four times a year, with information about latest events, projects, publications and more in the cultural education - sector. The Spring memo focuses on ‘youth and creativity’ and contains an article by Michael Wimmer on arts and education as an issue of cultural and education policy.

In addition the memo contains a selection of interesting resources on events, political developments, institutions, programs, projects and tips.
