The executive director arts development is an exciting role, reporting to the CEO and responsible for supporting the sector in the fields of audience and market development, research and information, and strategic development.
This role has the potential to make a difference to the arts in Australia by liaising with key national and international contacts within the arts community.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have a sound knowledge across a range of art forms together with an understanding of the changing dynamics in audience consumption of arts in Australia and internationally. The ideal candidate will be strategically focused, with a mix of public sector and corporate experience; be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills; and have a proven track record in project management.
