The 9th meeting of European members will be held on 24 September 2013 in Edinburgh, Scotland.  Bringing together members from 12 European countries, the meeting will address issues of particular relevance in the European context, including:

• Audience development – responding to demand: European Audiences: 2020 and beyond report from the European Cultural Forum (Brussels, October 2012)
• A charter for supporting mobility: Conclusions from the platform meeting of Asian and European Mobility Funders (Prague, June 2013)               
• Changes and challenges: Arts Sector Review in Ireland 

European members will also participate in a Symposium on Freedom of Expression, details of which will be announced in due course.
