The Banff Centre is seeking national and international presenters on subjects related to interdisciplinary arts practices that engage with digital arts, for presentation at Convergence, November 27-30, 2014.

Proposals are being accepted until 5 pm on March 21, 2014. To submit or for enquiries, contact Project Manager Kirstie McCallum: [email protected].

Proposals must include:

• The full name and contact information for those involved in the presentation;
• A 1-sentence abstract of proposed topic
• A 400 word outline of proposed presentation
• A short biography and/or brief resume listing relevant experience and publications, and website;
• The format and technical needs associated with the presentation, including theatrical facilities, if required;
• Please indicate if you will be presenting in French or English: translation services will be available;
• Include images where appropriate;
• Please submit your proposal in pdf format.

Presentations will be selected by committee, and successful applicants will be notified by mid-April. Presenters will receive complimentary registration, meals, accommodation, and travel during the summit.
Presenters are free to propose topics, panels, and interactive, immersive or exploratory experiences that engage with the ideas that form the foundation of the summit.
