Ministry of Culture plans to promote Thai films

Culture Minister Vira Rojpojchanarat disclosed that Thai film industry had brought a revenue of about 57 billion baht and ranked first in the ASEAN region and fifth in Asia and that a total of 472 films had been shot in Thailand, incurring over two billion baht in production costs since the last several years.
