Over 1,300 young people from across Uruguay gathered to share and develop artistic projects of diverse disciplines.

The creativity and commitment of the young people in Uruguay expressed through visual arts, circus, music, theatre, photography, dance, etc., are shared in public settings installed in various parts of the city of Carmelo.

This event of social and cultural exchange, now in its eighth year is organised by the National Youth Institute (Mides) and the National Culture Bureau (MEC).
