On Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 a sector event was held on additional funding for culture.
In 2015, Minister Sven Gatz explored the possibilities of additional funding for the cultural sector in Flanders. During the event sector, the researchers presented the conclusions and recommendations of cultural Flanders. In the event, the Minister informed the cultural sector on what already exists but also listened to the participants to give a Flemish policy framework for a cultural entrepreneurship shape during its legislature. Some measures will be realized in the short term, while others will require a longer time.
