Sites from all over Austria can apply for the European Heritage Label in the Federal Chancellery. The deadline runs until 31 December 2016.

The European Heritage Label Sites are excellent, which have a symbolic significance for the common history, unity and identity of Europe. These include monuments, memorials, archaeological and industrial sites, cultural landscapes, cultural assets or intangible heritage.
