Exceptional financing to support cultural centers

The Ministry of Cultural Affairs allocated funding to support private cultural centers, a dedicated national program to combat terrorism, to help structures in funding and activity difficulties, and to finance cultural projects and art that responds to the principle of establishing the right to culture for all.
