The Minister of Cultural Affairs, Mr Mohamed Zainal Abidin and Chairman of the Board of the Arab Institute for Human Rights, Mr Abdel Basset Ben Hassen, have signed a partnership agreement to set a general framework for bilateral cooperation and establish joint action dedicated to cultural work and human rights.
