The Minister of Cultural Affairs, Mohamed Zine El Abidine, opened this morning, Thursday, 08 February 2018, in the presence of the European Union Ambassador Patrice Bergamini, on the official announcement of the inauguration of the creative office in Tunisia, the only office in Africa and the Arab world.

The accession of Tunisia to Europe's creative program, "Europe Créative", is the first Mediterranean country to have a strategic relationship with the European Union. It is a tangible reflection of the European Union's commitment to increase the level of cultural cooperation with Tunisia and to support the contribution of the cultural sector to the economic and social development of Tunisia.
