In music, female artists like Dua Lipa have been topping the UK charts. And the highest paid author? It’s J.K. Rowling. Yet many women still feel invisible in the arts - underpaid and under-represented. So how much has really changed? To properly answer this question we need to adopt more innovative ways of tracking gender balance.
