Melbourne celebrates the 10th anniversary of its designation as a UNESCO City of Literature this year. As part of the celebrations, the City of Literature Office and the Wheeler Centre will be holding a two-day event celebrate where the literary scene is now and where it should be in in ten years’ time — the first Parliament of the Melbourne City of Literature.
