The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania approved the model for the implementation of similar cultural development in the regions . Its purpose is to enable regions to independently decide on the implementation of their cultural and artistic projects, involving communities, creators, and self-governing institutions in decision-making processes. Based on this model, municipalities will be encouraged to invest more in cultural or artistic projects of importance to the region.
