Assumes new minister of the National Secretariat of Culture

After an act of transfer of command, held this Friday, August 24, Ruben Capdevila Yampey took office as the new minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC). This event was attended by the outgoing minister, Fernando Griffith, general directors and directors of the institution.
