OEI seeks to strengthen cooperation with the SNC

The new Secretary General of the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI), Mariano Jabonero, made a courtesy visit on Thursday, August 30, to the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), Rubén Capdevila, with the purpose of coordinating actions of cooperation between both institutions.
