The government decided today, on August 30th, that the future Estonian Capital of Culture will be financed up to 10 million euros. Concerning the support of the European Capital of Culture, the Ministry of Culture will submit an application in the spring of next year when the preparation of the state budget strategy for the years 2021-2024 will start in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance.
