In the first meeting of the National Council of Culture (CONCULTURA) chaired by the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture, Rubén Capdevila, the plan of the SNC was presented; in which it was reported that one of the most important lines of work will be cultural decentralization, and coordinated work with several institutions.
