The new heritage protection law passed the first reading in the Riigikogu

Today, on September 26, the Riigikogu was the first reading of the new Heritage Conservation Act. The new Heritage Conservation Act creates a better balance between the responsibilities of owners and the state in the field and puts more emphasis on the needs of the faces of the owners of the monuments.
