UNESCO will contribute to assistance for Cultural Diplomacy and developing culture

The Director of the UNESCO Regional Office in Montevideo, Lidia Brito, and the Culture Program Specialist for the Southern Cone, Frédéric Vacheron, made a courtesy visit to the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture, Rubén Capdevila, to establish the priorities of the Paraguayan Government in the cultural field.
