China, Japan, ROK launch joint cultural IP hatching plan

China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) jointly launched an IP hatching plan during the 11th China-Japan-Korea Cultural Industry Forum held in Tianjin from October 19 to 21, vowing to push forward the development of the cultural industries through joint efforts.
