The working group has made 21 proposals for the development of artistic and artistic policy. The performances are divided into three themes: the social significance of art, the funding of art and the livelihood of artists. The draft guidelines and goals were handed over to the Minister of European Affairs, Culture and Sport Sampo Terho on 30 October.
