For the first time in history, the total volume of visual arts in the 2019 cultural budget amounts to one and a half million euros. As the biggest change, the Art Hall has started its year with full support from the Ministry of Culture, which significantly reduces competition in the Cultural and Cultural Endowment of Fine Arts.
