The National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), during the period from August to December 2018, under the administration of Minister Rubén Capdevila, has developed activities in the territory of public policies, through decentralization, for the promotion of national culture and its manifestations, the defense of heritage, the strengthening of national identity and the use and enjoyment of cultural rights.
