By agreement of the Secretary of Culture, Alejandra Frausto, with the Director General of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL), Dr. Lucina Jiménez, and based on the current legal framework, the appointments of those who assume the different directive positions to fulfill, during the present administration, with the objectives and purposes that are the responsibility of this emblematic organism in the culture and the arts of Mexico.
