Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture Tarvi Sits and Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Ministry Alla Manilova signed the Cultural Cooperation Program of the Ministry of Culture of the two countries for 2019 to 2021 today, March 1, Moscow. In addition to co-operation in the arts and cultural heritage, the co-operation program includes joint activities with Finno-Ugric peoples and cross-regional cooperation.
