Cuba was represented at the VIII Summit of the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA), which recently met in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the presence of the Deputy Minister of Culture, Kenelma Carvajal, and the specialist of the Directorate of International Relations of the sector, Frank Téllez.
