NAC Council member and Chairperson for the Capacity Building Funding Programme, Ms Mandie van der Spuy, has been bestowed the Chevalier de l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur (or Knight in the French Legion of Honour) by the Ambassador of France to South Africa, H.E. Mr. Christophe Farnaud on behalf of the French President in Pretoria on Thursday 11 April 2019.
