With a tour and a ceremony headed by the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage, Consuelo Valdés, and the community of the Chilote capital, Cecrea Castro opened its doors as a new public, modern and fully equipped cultural infrastructure for the development creative and experimentation in arts, sciences, technology and sustainability.
