"The complete transformation of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports will take place when the agencies are finally formed. The Ministry will work on new principles: it will form the state policy, and the newly created central executive bodies will be engaged in the implementation of this policy," Deputy Minister Iryna Podoliak announced, the press service of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine reports.
