Disabled artists in the mainstream: a new cultural agenda for Europe

New international report demands Europe’s cultural agenda to properly support disabled artists and audiences Launching in Athens at Onassis STEGI's Interfaces in March is a new report outlining how access and inclusion needs to be at the heart of Creative Europe’s successor programme. This report emerges from the first European Arts & Disability Cluster meeting in The Hague in 2019, hosted by two of the core partners of Europe Beyond Access, the British Council and Holland Dance Festival. Co-authored by Betina Panagiotara (dance researcher and journalist, Greece), Ben Evans (Head of Arts and Disability at the British Council) and Filip Pawlak (artist and producer, Poland). Europe Beyond Access is supported by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
