The Ministry of Culture opens a crisis aid application round for publishers of periodicals. Its purpose is to ensure the financial sustainability of publishers of daily and / or weekly newspapers, including county newspapers, and the delivery of publications to subscribers in a situation where publishers' revenues have fallen significantly as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
