The Secretary of Culture of the Government of Mexico, through the Centre for Digital Culture (CCD), presents two projects to help the physical and mental health of people who use social networks and electronic devices; these are "Botiquina", a Twitter bot for digital detoxification, which offers digital health recommendations, and "Botiquin de autocuidados" which consists of a series of computer graphics with the purpose of emphasizing care in relation to the technologies we use.
