La Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México, a través del Centro de Cultura Digital (CCD), presenta dos proyectos para ayudar a la salud física y mental de personas usuarias de redes sociales y dispositivos electrónicos; se trata de “Botiquina”, un bot para Twitter de desintoxicación digital, que ofrece recomendaciones de salud digital, y un “Botiquín de autocuidado” que consiste en una serie de infografías con el propósito de poner énfasis en los cuidados en relación con las tecnologías que utilizamos.
