La cultura es una herramienta fundamental para reconstruir la esperanza, la sociedad y para recuperar la confianza, con un humanismo renovado, ante la crisis sanitaria que se vive a nivel mundial por la presencia de COVID-19, afirmó hoy la secretaria de Cultura del Gobierno de México, Alejandra Frausto Guerrero, al participar en la reunión inaugural del IV Encuentro de Redes, organizada por el programa de cooperación IberCultura Viva, vinculado a la Secretaría General Iberoamericana.
