The Minister of Culture and Sports, José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes, has reflected on the consideration of culture "as a right, as an industry and as a value" to analyze the effects of the pandemic and expose the measures adopted by the Government of Spain to combat them, in the XII Forum of Cultural Industries, organised by the Alternativas Foundation.
