This year’s Annual Report theme Navigating the New is apt in many ways. It reflects the inflexion point we are at, and how all of us are trying to make sense of a globalised world confronted with so many unprecedented features – the acceleration of technology, the complexities of social media, and the traditional model of economics now upended. This has all happened within the space of just a few months in the wake of a global pandemic that continues to wreak turbulence at point of writing.
