The Minister of Cultures, Arts and Heritage, Consuelo Valdés, led this afternoon the expanded session of the National Council of Cultures, Arts and Heritage, whose main theme was to address the role of culture in the new constitution. In her welcoming words, the Minister stressed the importance and responsibility of establishing this dialogue jointly, in order to strengthen the country's human, political and social development in the next constitutional discussion.
