La Biennale di Venezia has announced the following artistic programmes for 2022:
Biennale Teatro 2022: The Blinding Red and the Raging Fury
Titled ROT (Red, in German) “because it has a hard sound, it’s like a scratch, a tear”, the 50th International Theatre Festival will be onstage from 24 June to 3 July.
Biennale Danza 2022: A Festival With No Physical or Geographical Borders
Every performance will be a premiere at the 16th International Festival of Contemporary Dance, from 22-31 July, titled Boundary-less.
Biennale Musica 2022: Experimental Music Theatre
The 66th International Festival of Contemporary Music Out of Stage will run from 14-25 September.
