Council for Culture contributes to collection of essays on COVID-19 and young people

In early 2022, the Council for Culture undertook discussions with nearly 40 early-stage artists and creatives about their experiences throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Based on these discussions, the Council wrote a contribution to a collection of essays, Young people and taking care of their tomorrow titled In the traffic jam on a blocked road, how young artists and creatives experience their start in the sector. The collection is an initiative of fourteen advisory councils of the central government has been presented to Minister Bruins Slot (Home Affairs) and State Secretary Van Oijen (Health, Welfare and Sport) and will be presented today in The Hague in the presence of Princess Laurentien of Orange.
