Government unveiled a legal proposal aimed at enacting safeguards to mitigate the incorrect use of the criminal justice system, which might stifle satire and artistic expression.
The bill will spare artists who use insults or threats as part of their craft from criminal prosecution as long as they do not make actual “credible and realistic” threats.
